I had an accident, but I don't think it was my fault.

I was in an accident and I was airlifted to the hospital. I am not quite sure what happened. I would like to see the ticket that was given for the accident because I am being sued by the other driver. I don't think it was my fault.

You need to get in touch with the officer that covered your accident, the other driver's insurance, your insurance, and any possible witnesses you can find. You need to get as much info as you can about the accident. You also need to talk to a lawyer as soon as possible to find out all of your options. A lawyer will also help you get the information to help you. Call 1-800-566-7404 to get help.
