The hospital killed my baby with an antibiotic overdose.

My newborn child received an overdose of an antibiotic at the hospital and died as a result. It is even indicated in the medical records as an overdose. What do I need to do to sue the hospital for medical malpractice?

You have to prove very specific points to have a case for medical malpractice. It sounds like you may have a case, considering you have the medical records that indicate there was an overdose. If you can prove the negligence on the part of the hospital and the doctors, then you have a case. Call 1-800-566-7404 to talk to a lawyer in your area.
