A UPS store employee assaulted and battered me.

I have had no luck in finding an attorney to help me. I had a UPS store employee push me to the ground and kick me repeatedly when I was in the store. A police report was made. He was arrested and will be sentenced on the 28th. Who is responsible for this incident? Is it the franchisee or UPS itself? I have had no help from dozens of attorneys. I cant seem to find any help. I cant believe there can't be any justice for this. I need help.

My guess is that the UPS store does not want to take responsibility for the actions of their employee. They want the employee to be the only one that is punished. I would think that there is a responsibility on the part of the UPS store for the people they employ. You should have both a civil and criminal case against the employee. Please call 1-800-566-7404 with more information about your case.
