Fractured my ankles in my parent's pool.

I jumped into my parents swimming pool and fractured both my ankles. Do I have a claim and would it be considered ethical?

I am not sure it is a question of ethics. I am not sure why you would want to sue your parents. I would think they would use their homeowners policy to help pay for your injuries. But yes, if you want to sue your parents, you can. Just remember to think it through. Think of all of the consequences of actually suing your own parents. If you think you still need a lawyer, then call 1-800-566-7404.
