I was injured while working for the post office

I was injured while working for USPS. Workers compensation denied my claim. Do I have a case against my employer?

You could have a case because your worker's comp was denied, but it would certainly depend on what kind of injury you incurred. Dealing with the government can complicate issues too. I would expect a lot of red tape. Call 1-800-566-7404 for more information and to see if you have a case worth pursuing.
