Repetitive motion at my job causes injury

I have been going to a chiropractor since 2010 due to the repetitive motion I have to do at my job. The chiropractor finally said in 2011, I cannot return to work. Do I have a case against my employer?

You employer is supposed to offer you another job at your workplace. If they haven't done that, then you may have a case. There are so many variables involved with you case that I think you need to talk to someone with more details. Call 1-800-566-7404 for help.
