The driver ran a red light

Another vehicle ran a red light and hit my car. I was pregnant at the time and have had extensive back pain since the accident. What do I do now?

I would say you need to talk to a lawyer to find out what kind of compensation you can get. I hope you were able to exchange information with the other driver. Call 1-800-566-7404 to find a lawyer in your area. Find out more about filing personal injury claims here.
