My knee is worse after the ACL surgery

I had ACL surgery on my left knee in 2011. Months after the surgery, I developed pain and swelling in the same knee. I went to a second orthopedic specialist that confirmed that I have bone on bone contact in my knee. Do I have a case against the original orthopedic surgeon?

If you can prove that the doctor was negligent, then you have a case. The fact that the surgery didn't work, does not necessarily qualify as negligent. Please read more about what to do to prove medical malpractice.
