I was given the traffic ticket for the accident

I was involved in an accident with another car. The driver of the other vehicle had already had two DWI convictions. The 3 passengers that were with him said he was not driving. I told the officer on the accident scene who was the driver of the other vehicle and the other passengers were not telling the truth. I was the one who was given a ticket for failure to yield the right of way. Do I have a case against the officer or the other driver involved in the accident?

If you were the one given the ticket, the officer decided that you were the driver at fault. A case for you would depend on whether you are in a no fault or at fault state. Please call 1-800-566-7404 with more information to find out if you have a case.
