I fell at the grocery store

In a slip and fall case that took place at a grocery store does it matter if you fell inside or outside of the store if you have witnesses to the accident?

It doesn't matter if you fell inside or out side, it only matters if you can prove that the store was negligent. You have to prove with evidence or witnesses that the store's negligence contributed to your injuries. Please look at this previous post concerning slip and fall injuries.
