Store employee ran me over with the grocery carts

While I was at the grocery store, the store employee who was putting all the carts back, slammed into me with all the carts. He admitted to losing control of the carts. Do I have a case against the grocery store?

Were you hurt? If you can prove that the store was negligent and you incurred injuries, as a result, then you may have a case. Please look at this post that shows what you need to do to prove slip and fall, which is what your injury would be classified as. It may also be simply considered worker negligence too.
