My doctor says I am ready for work, but I am not.

The Worker comp doctor that I have been seeing has said that I can return to work with full duty. I don't feel I am ready. Even my surgeon has said that I am only at about 15%. What can I do now?

You are in a tough situation. If the doctor has cleared you for duty, then you are cleared for duty. You could try to get a second opinion on the advice of the surgeon. You could also petition the workers comp doctor that you are not ready to return to work at full duty. You should talk to you HR rep to see what your next course of action should be.
