Orderlies in the hospital dropped me on the floor.

I was hurt in the hospital when being transferred from a wheelchair to a bed. The sling that was used to transfer me failed and really hurt my neck and back. The whole thing was caught on camera in my room. The staff has not evaluated my neck and back even though I have repeatedly complained. I am in the hospital for my leg, but now I need help with my neck and back. Can anything be done?

If you can prove that the orderlies were negligent in you care and you have suffered injuries, then you could have a case. Make sure that you can prove negligence to prove medical malpractice. I would recommend speaking to a personal injury lawyer to see if the recordings can be obtained to help prove your case. Call 1-800-566-7404 for help.
