My toenail will never be the same.

I have had two surgeries on my toe and the toenail does not grow back correctly. I am ashamed to wear open-toed shoes. Can I sue the doctor for malpractice?

You have to prove negligence and prove that you have suffered damages. If you can do that, then you have a case. While the doctor may have been negligent, I am not sure you can prove damages. If you feel that you can, then you could talk to a lawyer. I just am not sure that you have a case. Call 1-800-566-7404 with more information to see if you do have a case.
