What is the statute of limitations for head on collisions.

I was in a head on collision from a driver that made an illegal right turn. Is there a statute of limitation for this type of accident?

The statute of limitations can differ from state to state, but typically, you have two years from the date of the accident or discovery of the injury. Please read more about the specific statute of limitations that you have in your state here. You should always try to start the process ASAP. You never know how long it will take for the case to be resolved.
